The Nueva Ecija I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (NEECO I) is an electric cooperative duly organized and existing under and by virtue of Presidential Decree 269 and other laws of the Republic of the Philippines with principal office at Barangay Malapit, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija.

MANDATE

Total electrification of the NEECO I coverage area pursuant to the provisions of P.D. 269 and P.D. 1645.

VISION

A highly developed and competitive electric cooperative with complete facilities, providing low-cost electricity and reliable service in the coverage area.

MISSION

To elevate the member-consumers' standard of living thru electrical assistance in the efficient and productive use of electricity.

NEECO I is located 94 kilometers away from Metro Manila in Barangay Malapit, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija 3106. It presently serves four (4) Municipalities and one (1) City. These are the Municipalities of Jaen, San Antonio, Cabiao, San Isidro and the CIty of Gapan. The area coverage of NEECO I is predominantly agricultural. Farming is the main source of income with palay as prime product.
